Shipping policy

All orders ship from Irvine, California. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing excluding weekends and major holidays.

Standard flat rate to domestic shipping (USA) is Free to the lower 48 states only. Hawaii and Alaska shipping is available at regular USPS rate, calculated at checkout. 

We ship items Monday through Wednesday. If you place an order on Thursday it will not ship until Monday during summer/hot months (our products can melt in transit in hot warehouses), this is an attempt to deliver a perfect product to your door with every order.

If you provide an email address You will receive an email including your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you don't see any notifications, please check your spam folder or email us at hello@sensorywonder.com

We will do our best to meet shipping ETA’s, however we cannot guarantee it. Delivery times depends on USPS or UPS. Delivery times will depend on the postal service or UPS. Once the package is scanned by the post office or UPS, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not responsible or liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning any item or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order ships and is in transit, we cannot cancel the order.

We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will do everything in our power to assist you. We highly recommend you select a delivery address you trust and preferable one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping on orders placed outside of the United States of America.
